We want to use your double-door / gatefold rigid box structure from the template and video you sent.

Attached is our panel artwork package for the GLYTCH box. Please have your design/prepress team place these artwork images onto your official dieline/template and prepare a digital production proof for us.

Box contents:
1. HDPE powder tub — approx 90mm diameter x 85mm tall with cap, 300g fill
2. Collectible 5-card foil pack — cards are standard TCG size 63 x 88mm; please allow pocket around 70 x 100 x 8mm or advise your recommended clearance

Preferred insert:
- black EVA foam tray
- one circular tub well
- one card pack pocket
- optional QR/app card area if easy

Finish direction:
- matte black lamination base
- flavor-color interior
- spot UV on character art and glitch/energy patterns
- foil on GLYTCH logo area, silver or green
- emboss/deboss on logo plaque area if possible

Please confirm:
1. Can your current 20 x 13 x 10.5cm double-door box fit the tub + card pack with EVA insert?
2. What clearance do you recommend for the card pack pocket?
3. Can you provide a digital proof with our artwork placed on your dieline?
4. What is the sample cost and sample lead time?
5. Please quote 1K / 3K / 5K / 10K units.
6. Please quote EVA insert tooling/cost separately.
7. Please confirm if the boxes ship pre-assembled.

Important: UPC barcode and app QR are placeholders for now. Please do not produce final sample until we approve the digital proof.
